DBA On-Call Schedule - Sep 2025 - Mar 2026
Instructions:
Send a high priority email to the primary DBA on call. If no response within 15 minutes, call the primary on their cell phone. Still no response, repeat the same process for the secondary.
If no response within 15 minutes from the primary or the secondary, call the manager.
During non-business hours, call DBA at their cell number first, if no immediate response, then call their home phone number.
