The Change Management Committee (CMC) serves as the advisory and governance body for reviewing significant technology changes that may affect University of Houston services, systems, or users. The committee brings together representatives from key IT organizations to assess impacts, improve coordination, support communication efforts, and help ensure changes are implemented with minimal disruption to the university community. Representatives are expected to speak on behalf of their functional areas, while change managers and subject matter experts participate as needed to provide additional information and guidance.
