The Enrollment Services Division leads the institution's efforts to recruit and enroll students. We foster collaborative relationships with Student Success colleagues to help retain and graduate University of Houston students. Leveraging innovative technology, data-driven strategies and meaningful partnerships allows Enrollment Services to provide exceptional service and achieve student success.

ES Departments

Undergraduate Admissions

The Office of Admissions assists prospective students in becoming future Cougars. The office is responsible for new student recruitment efforts, admissions events, admissions processing and transitioning accepted students into the UH community. The Welcome Center where undergraduate admissions is housed also serves visitors with campus information and deploys campus tours.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

The Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid provides financial assistance and resources to all UH students through scholarships, grants, student employment and student loans.

University Registrar

The Office of the University Registrar keeps the official university records of enrollment and academic standing. They are also charged with finalizing and publicizing schedules and procedures related to enrollment, final exams and course listings.

Integrated Enrollment Services

As advocates for student success, Integrated Enrollment Services focuses on customer experience and enrollment support for prospective, new and current UH students alike. The department provides financial literacy programming and assists with resolving complex student matters. IES manages the operations for the University’s Welcome Center and supports students at the UH instructional sites in Sugar Land and Katy.

Enrollment Services Communication and Marketing

The Office of Enrollment Services Communications & Marketing provides communication and marketing services to all departments within Enrollment Services, as well as the university community, in order to support recruitment, retention and student success operations and initiatives.

Campus Solutions Services

The Campus Solutions Services team partners with the University of Houston System's business owners and end-users to design and develop software solutions, using the University's student information system (SIS) of record and customer relationship management (CRM) application. We support business processes that facilitate recruitment, retention, graduation and overall student success.
