B.A. in World Cultures and Literatures with six possible areas of concentration: Ancient Studies, Global Cinema Studies, Italian Studies, Middle Eastern Studies, German Studies, Francophone Cultures Studies and Global Modernity Studies

Our World Cultures and Literatures minor and major allow students to explore global cultures with a focus on a specific world region, theme (such as gender or cinema studies), or language.

Scholarships

Each semester, the World Cultures and Literatures (WCL) Program awards several scholarships supporting students to do internships. As part of the scholarship, students will complete an internship with a local business and write a brief paper demonstrating “teamwork” and “cultural competency.” Learn More
